Meadowbrook Dental was founded by Dr. Miguel Casañas with a clear vision: dental care should be personal, precise, and genuinely comfortable. What started as a single practice in Mineola quickly earned the trust of families across Nassau County — not through marketing, but through results and relationships.
As the practice grew, Dr. Casañas assembled a team that shared his values — doctors who take time to listen, who explain before they treat, and who see every patient as a person first. That philosophy led to the opening of a second location in Plainview, bringing the same standard of care to even more Long Island communities.
Today, Meadowbrook Dental serves over 20,000 patients across both offices. The team has expanded to include Dr. Bryan Tamburro, Dr. Daniela Rendon, and Dr. Brian Cruz — each bringing unique strengths but sharing the same commitment to excellence that started it all.

Our commitment to improving oral health extends far beyond Long Island. Through our partnership with Medical Wings International, our team travels to Haiti and the Dominican Republic to provide free dental treatments, extractions, cleanings, and oral health education to communities that lack access to basic care.
Led by Dr. Casañas as Dental Director, these missions restore oral health for patients who have never seen a dentist, while promoting preventive care through community education on brushing, flossing, and nutrition.
