Dental Plan FAQ

Who is eligible for the dental plan?
Anyone without dental insurance is eligible! We offer plans for adults (14+), children (13 and under), and a specialized periodontal plan for patients 18+ who require deeper cleanings. There are no health screenings or pre-existing condition exclusions.
Can my whole family enroll?
Absolutely. Each family member can be enrolled on their own plan. Children 13 and under qualify for the reduced Child rate, while adults and teens 14+ use the Adult plan.
When can I start using my benefits?
Immediately. There are no waiting periods. Once you pay your enrollment fee and first month, you can schedule your cleaning, exam, and any treatment — and your 10% discount applies right away.
What's the difference between the Adult and Periodontal plan?
The Adult plan includes 2 standard cleanings per year. The Periodontal plan is designed for patients with gum disease who need 4 deeper periodontal cleanings (scaling and root planing) per year, as recommended by their dentist.
Can I use the plan at both office locations?
Yes. Your membership is valid at both our Mineola and Plainview locations. Schedule at whichever office is most convenient for you.
How does the 10% discount work?
Plan members receive 10% off our standard fees for both basic services (fillings, extractions, root canals) and major services (crowns, bridges, implants, cosmetic treatments). The discount is applied at the time of service.
Can I combine the dental plan with financing?
Yes! This is one of the best ways to save. Your 10% plan discount reduces the treatment cost, and then you can finance the remaining balance through CareCredit, Cherry, or Proceed Finance with $0 down and low monthly payments.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can change or cancel your plan at any time by contacting our office. Plans are non-refundable for the current billing period. We're always happy to help you find the right fit.
